MAG-13 - Marine Aircraft Group-13, part of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing based at MCAS Miramar, Calif., is comprised of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron-13 and Marine Attack Squadrons 211, 214, 311 and 513. VMAs 211, 214, 311 and 513 provide close-air support, conduct armed reconnaissance, and assume limited air-defense roles.
VMA-211 - Marine Attack Squadron (VMA)-211 is one of four AV-8B Harrier squadrons assigned to Marine Aircraft Group-13, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. Its mission is to provide close-air support, conduct armed reconnaissance and limited air-defense to Marine expeditionary forces.
VMA-214 - Marine Attack Squadron (VMA)-214 is one of four AV-8B Harrier squadrons assigned to Marine Aircraft Group-13, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. Its mission is to provide close-air support, conduct armed reconnaissance and limited air-defense for Marine expeditionary forces.
VMA-311 - Marine Attack Squadron (VMA)-311 was initially commissioned a fighter squadron on Dec. 1, 1942, at Cherry Point, N.C., flying the SNJ Texan trainers. In April 1943, they received the new Vought F4U-1 Corsair and entered the Pacific Theater where they served with distinction until the end of World War II.
VMA-513 - Marine Attack Squadron 513 is one of four AV-8B Harrier squadrons assigned to Marine Aircraft Group 13, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing. Its mission is to provide close air support, conduct armed reconnaissance and provide limited air defense for Marine expeditionary forces.
NAS Patuxent River - The mission of Naval Air Station Patuxent River is "to maintain and operate facilities and provide services and materials to support operations of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and other activities and units as designated by appropriate authority."

9th Spanish Armada Squadron - Assigned to the Principe de Asturias, the 9th Spanish Armada Squadron is the most capable from the Spanish Armada with 18 AV-8A Harrier II Bravo and AV-8B Harrier II Plus.
